Shirley Moulton is a local artist from Ottawa , who has been exhibiting her artwork since 1995. She paints in oil, pastel, gouache, watercolour, pen & ink, and graphite pencil. Subject matter varies from landscape and florals, to portraits, and Shirley has painted many portrait commissions of dogs and other pets. She is a member of a number of art associations; Ottawa Art Association, Art East, Ottawa Watercolour Society, Ottawa School of Art, and Coloured Pencil Society of America.
